Old Dominion

I’m about to graduate from CDL school, I’ve been eyeballing Old Dominion for over a year and they’re a company I can picture being at for a long time if not indefinitely. I’ve seen a lot of their job postings mention graduating from a state certified CDL school instead of having the driving experience. I was wondering how likely it would be that I can get on right out of CDL school or what all of you think would be my best bet as far as getting on with them? I have all of my endorsements already. Any help is much appreciated!!
