Ways to Manage CH

Hi all. 25 year old female here. I’ve dealt with cluster headaches since I was 18, and I’ve been through the ringer and back with medications. Verapamil, Gabapentin, Carbamazepine, Sumatriptan, Aimovig, Emgality, Imdomethacin, Oxygen, you name it. I’m at the point of wanting to give up. Please- if anyone has any other way of relief let me know.

Has anyone ever gotten microvascular decompression or other surgical measures to try and fix these cluster headaches?

I just can’t continue like this, I’m at my wit’s end. It’s too painful.
