ReleaseBB new bug: Only Universal resolvers work?

Looks like suddenly all the Resolvers (1-14) stop working in RBB -Setting -ResolveURL.

Only the Universal Resolvers fetch results (eg. rapidgator, fikper, nitroflare, uploadgig etc.)

Can't find any info about it if it's a temporary bug or something more severe.

Any idea?
