Anyone in severe stress constantly over vision?

Hello everyone, I’ve had visual snow for about 3 years and I’m still under severe stress due to it. It started when I got off pristiq (an SRNI). Advice such as letting it go, enjoy life is not working. I’m in distress constantly and wondering if anyone else is going through this. I don’t feel real. I have severe sensitivity to light, it’s difficult to go outside and enjoy old hobbies because of this. Sunglasses don’t help much. I’m bedridden from the visual snow stress. Please if someone could reach out who feels similar. I feel so isolated and alone.
