26th CRM change HELP

B2B SaaS

Hi! I've changed CRMs 26 times and still can't find the right one.

AMA

Jokes aside, I need your help. We are a small SaaS company with a few people on the team. Our software is pretty self-serve. We do demos, but mostly onboardings (which will soon be replaced by a video academy, making us 80% self-serve).

I now think the problem isn't the CRM, but me personally.

I don't even know what I need. I think I do, but I'm still not really sure.

I build software but can't make sense of CRMs.

We get data from Chargebee, Intercom, Outreach, forms, etc.

We need to have them stored in one place, but also be able to manage inboxes. We need to know which leads we've followed up with and which we haven't (automatically).

I've tried EVERY SINGLE FAMOUS CRM and still can't find one that would be like Airtable, Gmail, and Monday.com combined.

How do you structure incoming data? How do you sort leads on trials, ones which converted, ones which are waiting for a reply, and ones you need to follow up with?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. When it comes to CRMs, my mind is just blurred.

Thank you 🙏🏻
