Hi Guys, I am working as US IT recruiter which is basically iam recruiting candidates who are on US for US cleints. most of the positions I get from clients are the positions they can't fill for longtime, Because of salary or onsite mandatory or rarely because it's a niche skill required role.I have a total of 1.6 years experience in this job and I am an 2021 bca graduate.

So, The problem is in this job i could never achieve my target with hard-work, its always based luck. Whenever I try really hard to achieve my target it not working and I am started to think like this is not a right job for me.

Most of the times I achieve my target because of luck and sometimes because of smart work with the help of my manager, But these past few months I can't achieve my target no matter what and I can't stop thinking about it and it's really frustrating for me. this kind of things happened a lot in the last 1.5 years but this is the worst.

Iam currently thinking about quitting my job in January or February and search for different domain job. I am also doing network engineering course currently.

Should I leave the job and search for new one or stay in current one and search?

Because it's a nightshift and I can't even attend interview calls for any jobs in morning. I can't sleep straight for even 6 hours, I keep waking up in middle like every 2 hrs. I keep thinking a lots of things while trying to sleep, in the end it takes me 1 hr minimum for me start sleeping most fo the times.

Guys please suggest me what to do, im living with my parents and I can stay at home without job for few months but my parents and abuse me enough to commit suicide if I didn't get a job in few weeks 😭😭😭.

I fucking hate my family, I also wants to stay with them but they're fucking abusive and even my own sister.

I want to live alone but my salary is not enough, and everyone who knowse are calling me loser for wanting to live alone and wasting money even tho I can live with my family and getting abused for everything.

I am really sorry my English is really bad.
