Chemists, what's the worst part of your job? What's the best?

Any aspect of the job, as long as you are a chemist/chemist adjacent.

For me the worse is ordering chemicals. There are some ridiculous policies my employer wants us to follow to ensure multiple paper trails for all purchases, and I don't like price shopping and I don't like spending money, even if its not my own.

The best is teaching/mentoring other people and seeing those "aha" moments when they get something for the first time.
