Getting off dating apps!!

Looking for advice on approaching women in-person. I like most people have fallen into the rabbit hole of dating apps. After many years and zero success I have decided to get off and try to throw myself out there. Only issue is that I am a huge homebody and I'm extremely introverted. I don't think I'm the best looking guy but most of my Girl *space* friends have told me that I am a solid 7/10. I'm afraid to make a fool out of myself and I don't really even know where to look since all i do is sleep ,work, gym, repeat. I hate going to the bars, so that's immediately out of the question. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
