Startup Idea Mastermind Groups

Please tell me why you would AND wouldn't join something like this

I'm thinking of starting a company which sets up mastermind groups on whatsapp of 100 odd like-minded entrepreneurs each

Visitors fill a detailed questionnaire and get paired in a group of similar entrepreneurs by age of business, revenue, non competing , geography, etc

We build a structure to maintain group health and vibrance

The business model is $100 one time to join the group x 30,000 members

Target audience is entrepreneurs who don't identify as startups and are lonely working alone and need sounding boards and advice. Small businesses, freelancers, family businesses, mom and pop biz

Competitors - similar things I could find are EO, Rotary and BNI

Please tell me why AND why not will you join this.
