VOD: August on Riot Holding Off Adjustments till' S14 (S14 Items, Yone, Hullbreaker)

August talking about Hullbreaker/Yone, but holding off on changes till' S14 due to so many item changes and what that could potentially do to the meta.

I think this makes sense from Riot's perspective (and from a design perspective), however there's no doubt that it'll frustrating for the community to have to deal with in the meantime. Nevertheless, thought it was interesting.
