Mines of Moria vs. Battle in Balin’s Tomb

I’ve come across two differently titled boxed sets from Games Workshop that seem very similar. One is called “Mines of Moria” and the other is called “Battle in Balin’s Tomb.”

Are these the same thing released under different names?
