Need help with the dreams

Even before I began working with demons, I've been plagued by repetitive nightmares. These vivid dreams fall into two distinct categories, repeating with slight variations. It's as if I'm trapped in a loop, unable to experience anything beyond these two themes. Waking up after these nightmares leaves me breathless and disoriented.

Dream 1: Time Traveler on the Run

In the first type of dream, I find myself part of an organization that can travel through time and across dimensions. I'm tasked with solo missions, often involving time travel. However, I feel isolated and abandoned, as my teammates mysteriously vanish after a while. Pursued by a hostile group, I'm constantly on the run, jumping from timeline to timeline for survival. Sometimes I escape, but other times I'm captured, and the dream abruptly ends.

Dream 2: Trapped with the Living Dead

My second recurring nightmare is filled with hordes of zombies. As a child, I dreamt of my safe haven being overrun by the undead, even though everyone assured me it was impossible. Now, the nightmares have evolved. I find myself in buildings that are about to be overrun, desperately trying to warn others and escape with them to safety. Sadly, few heed my warnings. In the most recent dream, I managed to escape with only three others to the attic, forced to watch as the remaining people are devoured by the zombie horde

The complexity of these recurring nightmares leaves me feeling overwhelmed and confused. I'm eager to understand their meaning and find guidance in deciphering them. Any insights or resources would be greatly appreciated.
