Itinerary Reality Check

Hey! My 8 year old and I are flying into the city from 8 am to 8 pm and I’m wanting to see if my itinerary is absolutely delusional.

8 am: land at Laguardia. Grab metro card, get on bus to train station and take train to Penn station.

9 am: rent storage locker at Penn for our backpack. Important items will stay on my person. Just need a place to stash our airplane bag.

9:30?: Penn station to canal st because I really want a cheap bag as a souvenir don’t judge me.

10:30 am: Canal st station to Brooklyn bridge. Spend maybe like 45 ish minutes to an hour tops walking around.

11:30 am: Brooklyn bridge to Grand Central (just to see it). Probably grab some quick food somewhere along the way.

12:30 pm: walk to Rockefeller. Maybe have a 1:30 top of the rock reservation?

2 pm: American girl store. We have a 2:45 tea reservation.

3:30: walk to Bethesda fountain. If we don’t have time to make it all the way up to the fountain I’m fine with that.

4 pm: walk to Times Square

4:30 pm: Times Square station to Penn to get our stuff.

5 pm: Penn to Newark airport

8pm: flight leaves.
