Accident

Hello all

I recently was in an accident due to violation of right of way involving crash but no injury. Iwas given a $159 citation. In FL, it is considered a noncriminal traffic citation. Also, the app was NOT on meaning I was not Ubering or anything. I was driving while on personal time. When Uber does their annual background check, will they deactivate me based on this? Again, it is noncriminal moving violation and I am insured. It would also be my first traffic citation in Florida in 4 years of living in Florida. Thanks in advance!
