Question about "Change" Email

Hello,

I write here since i have some question, lately i have more and more stealing attemps (like ... 20/30 the last hours ? ) and i was questionning if :

1. Can i change my current alias to outlook ?

2. If i change my hotmail to outlook, will site where i am subscribe (like discord, facebook and other thing) how will it work ? will it still send to old , or will i get it on the new one ? (like i change Myadressblabla987654321@hotmail to Myadressblabla987654321@Outlook (it's a wrong one ofc , just for example) )

3. Since i'm playing some Microsoft games (Gamepass and other) , how will it work ? will my data be keep ? or will i have to restart from zero ?

I know i have some security , like .. second email and cellphone actually enabled, even considering 2FA (even since i'm paraonoid to lost it) , but .. it does get very tiresome to change password two times a day if i dare disconnect so i'm looking for a news solutions.

Thanks in advance.
