Do you theorist get this feeling?

I wanna start this off by saying I don’t know how to explain this very well, so i’m trying my best.

I have been experiencing this for years but couldn’t find a way to put this into google to get an answer, but I have found that whenever I try to explain something that has a deep backstory, lore, theories or even a plot twist my voices changes and shakes and my jaw locks making it hard to speak.

A recent example: Just a couple of weeks ago I was explaining the connection between Over the Garden Wall to Dante’s inferno to a friend and I found it hard explain it to them. I found it weird because it never happens when I’m explaining other material like academics.

This also happened to me when I tried to explain the plot twists to movies like Hereditary or US to my friends as-well.

I would also like to include, movies , shows and stories that have deep meaning or lore behind it freak me out in a way. (FNAF, Gravity Falls, US, Hereditary, Adventure Time, and others). It sometimes scares me how things can be connected.
