Students are constantly being pulled out of my class by counselors.

I think that at least 2 students each day are pulled from my class for counseling. Does that say anything about my teaching or my classroom environment? I obviously have no idea what my students speak to their counselors about because that’s their right to confidentiality, but I also don’t want to ignore any obvious signs if my students don’t feel comfortable inside my classroom. This is my first year teaching, so I am still new to many aspects of the education system. I’m unsure if there are any obvious signs that I am over looking. School counselors can you please provide some clarity?
