PC Stopped displaying windows, it boots and I can see bios screen and windows logo pops up but then it's black screen after. Is my graphics card screwed?

Basically the title. I was playing games and I started dropping frames like crazy, I went from a smooth 60ish to 1fps and had to close the game. I tried launching lethal company instead and was met with a black screen. Unable to tab out or anything, I turned my PC off and restarted it a minute later. It went through bios, and the windows logo popped on screen for a second, but then it was just black. The monitor is still getting a signal, but it's not showing anything. Everything in the PC is still lit up and seems to be working like normal, but clearly something is up. Could it be a wire connection somewhere? My card is a 1080 to, it's pretty old at this point so maybe it just finally crapped out? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I just really hope I don't have to go buy a new card.
