I think most of these trades are fairly “realistic” as it suits the needs of both teams in my opinion.

Breakdown of each trade

Trade 1- Very simple the Pacers need someone that can shoot and plays defense while also generating their own shot. OG for Hield plus two firsts and two seconds fulfills a big need for Indy and for the Raptors they get a big return on an expiring rebuild and can look to trade Spicy P. Only hang up would be that the Pacers would have to get assurances from OG that he would be willing to resign. Without that assurance Indy probably removes the two seconds and protects the other pick more.

Trade 2- The Pelicans roster if they can get Zion going can go far but they need better guard play. Caruso gets them that and proves their already good defense. Chicago gets the two firsts they were looking for and two seconds to take on Nance’s extra year.

Trade 3- Knicks in absence of a star player could use more shooting and a backup PF. Bojan provides that. The Pistons take back an expiring deal (Fournier’s next year is a team option) and get their protected first back swapped for a late second which opens up their picks for other trades or helps them keep a pick a few years down the line.

Trade 4- Kings like the Pacers need shooting and defense on the wing. They swap Barnes for OG at the cost of two firsts and four second rounders (the seconds are sweetener for taking on an extra year of Barnes. Much like the Indy trade the Kings would need assurances that OG would resign.

Trade 5- Simple trade, Knicks get a more useful bench player for Fournier. The Spurs get a fellow Frenchmen for Wemby in the locker room and get a second round pick for their troubles.

Trade 6- OKC knows their window is open and they have a ton of picks to spare. Their starting lineup could use a PF that can help generate his own shot and space the floor. Lauri does that and it costs OKC 4 picks but not that high quality of picks. The Jazz are notoriously hard to trade with you gotta blow Ainge out of the water and that volume of picks does that.

Trade 7- Same idea but more picks for a better player. The Thunder would also need assurances that Pascal would resign.
