FSA election and budget risk - what would you do?

Budgeting

I have a solid EPO health plan and a good income. I am young and healthy. I want to elect in my “use it or lost it” FSA, which maxes out at $3200, but I am struggling with my election because I am not sure if I’ll be with this company forever.

Do I max it out and take the risk or play it safe with a lower contribution? I’m tempted by the latter, as it is my first FSA and my expenses are a bit complex. I will definitely spend at least $2000 even in the next 3 months, including:

  1. $150-$200 weekly copays but my therapist only accepts zelle or check (no comments, she’s a small biz and my rock).

  2. $50 monthly physical therapy (can pay on my fsa card)

  3. $330 monthly ortho, which I have to pay it automatic from checking and reimburse monthly from my FSA - this is the variable that has me wanting to max out, but i will be trying this model for the first time in jan

  4. $400+ with eligible out of network specialist

What would you do - hedge my bets or max it out? My per pay period difference is not radical, and I’ll still have a take home salary, but remember that $330 auto debit and I’m actively trying to save cash given my employer situation,
