First road bike

So I have many bikes, state bike gravel, Marin commuter, Nukeproof and Commencal mountain bikes, Reid fat bikes and Commencal and vvolt e-bikes. Looking for my first road bike more for long distance and not racing. What bikes would you recommend for around $1500 that have hydraulic disc brakes and thru axles with decent to good quality components?
