So tired of the thoughts

My mind won’t shut up! Turn off thoughts please. I think of everything from the rapid thoughts of what if this happens to the stupid of just worrying or thinking about dumb things. I thought Lexapro was helping this but I don’t think so anymore. Any ideas of meds or things to get rid of this? It inteuots my night sleep and daily living
