I’ve lost my progress any idea why?

So I’ve logged in to my mobile account for Roblox and loaded into BSS and realised that all my stuff was gone. I haven’t been on it in months so I don’t know if there was an issue or update that made this happened. I also only play BSS since it’s not on console and I don’t have a pc so I’m confused why this has happened. Any help is appreciated.
