Will open container on driving record disqualify me from job

I just talked to manager he scanned my drivers license in the back of the store and said he will call me when my first day is, but I got a open container citation 1 year ago on my driving record. People are saying some have been hired with felonies and other bad crimes mine was only a ticket cause it happened when I was Parked. Will I get flagged or marked down for this on the security check?
