Oh Imandra, Imandra
This fallen tree absolutely the death of my truck tires, engines, suspensions and also loves to throw my cargo - that tree is sprung with enough energy to launch any truck to the moon.
Pic is where my trailer rear guard got caught and after many rescue trucks (one tipped over the ledge argh) it "sprung" free and dumped all the cargo overboard. In the picture, I've already tidied up, but damn did I need a break after this.
Now I just go around it in the deep snow - why didn't I think of that...
Lake Kovd was a vacation compared to Imandra. Northern Imandra is alright but currently doing Southern portion of Imandra and its just eating my repairs and fuel. Scouted the whole Southern portion with the Ford F750 and it drained all the spare fuel and repairs; finally managed to "grab" the last task with 2 broken tires, busted fuel tank, zero suspensions and 30% engine - wow.
Currently Michigan 100%, Alaska 100%, Taymyr 100%, Kola Penn 73%
