Automatic heating and uvb

Hello everyone do to Christmas being right about here my work has scheduled me now to 12 hours daily Tuesday-Friday instead of only 9 I used to be working and sadly I won’t be home early enough at night to get the lamps turned off at sundown so my question is are there any devices that will automatically turn them on and off for me? Thank you all in advance and don’t worry I come home at around noon for my lunch which is an hour to hold him and take care of him and than the weekends I’m free all day to let him run around
