Nurse didn’t look at my breasts during breast exam is that weird?

It happened in the past so no longer a major issue and it was also my first breast exam so I didn’t know much. I do get a proper breast exam later with breasts clearly visible. Nurse practitioner did my breast exam and not once did she visibility look at my breasts. She just put her hands under my gown without even trying to look. Side note, I was taught in high school health class about self breast exams.
