Recommendation to grind GCP points

So i am at HR3 and i am trying to make the Rathian armor but i am having zero luck with spikes, now i love the fact there is an option to buy parts for a high amount of points in case you are unlucky but i really need to find a more effective way to get points i know i can get them if i gather materials in quest but that honestly takes a bit of time so i want to know if there is anything like a quest or a method to get points.
