Why does my mom always mop?

It is so strange that it is actually starting to concern me which sounds stupid I know. For some reason my mom is just constantly mopping the floor everyday which is kind of getting on my nerves. And when I say every day I mean at least 3 times a day even 6 sometimes. I don’t know if it’s something I should be worried about but it’s odd what do you guys think?
