Social Links without Personas to match their Arcana

I'm close to gaining the Emperor and Hierophant Arcana but did obtain the one for the Chariot but don't have Personas to match them. Should I wait and just focus on the Magician which I do have a Persona for? Since I don't have the Compendium yet I didn't want to risk losing my Personas that weren't registered yet and I'll need them as they are for the Priestess Shadow. I could just sell duplicates of weapons and the two wealth coins I picked up in Tartarus for extra coin to get back Personas after fusing them. The Chariot was easy to unlock but thinking it's another thing to focus on during the day even if I don't get the full benefit. Do I still go through with it or boost my stats at the arcade, day or night?
