After you take a shower do you close the bathroom door or keep it open?

I usually run the exhaust vent fan but I've always wondered if it's better to keep the bathroom door open after showering to let out more moisture or if you should close the bathroom door to let the exhaust fan do what it does..

Personally I've always kept the bathroom door open after showering while running the exhaust fan for about 15 minutes after I shower.. kind of a combo of both.

Should I be shutting the bathroom door though??
