Nope (movie) black dialect no black community

The main characters “sound black” and it’s not realistic. Exposure to a black dialect only happens when you are raised around other black people. Four generations on a ranch away from black community—you aren’t going to get that.

This is my way of saying black dialect is glorified and needs to be. And is here in this movie. And also… Stop hating on black kids raised outside of the community. No one wants tokenism like no one wants a “participation trophy”.
