Closure of Business penalties

Hello! Planning to close my business na sana and I’m trying to compute yung penalties na need ko bayaran, para sana pag punta ko sa BIR ready ako..

Context: In 2019, nag avail ako ng 8% percentage tax for my biz, kaso lumagpas ako within the threshold ng 250,000.

Then ang mali ko as a newbie, nalimutan ko magfile ng LAHAT. 1701A, 1701Q at 2551Q.

Now the question is, does that mean ang babayaran ko is penalties for non filing + tax due + surcharge + compromise?
