strange teacher? what do u think?

I have Mr. DeFilippo for Ap gov and today had my second DBA with him. Both times we have talked he has pretty much begged and tried to guilt me into turning my camera on. Today after I flat out told him no I wouldn't be turning my camera on (I wasn't in the mood to make an excuse for why) he swore that I promised him last DBA that I would turn it on this time. I know for a fact that I didn't bc last time I told him my cam was broken (he didn't believe me and tried to guilt me into turning it on). When I told him no I don't think I did he swore that I did so for the second time I told him no I didn't. He then told me that I was "breaking his heart" by not turning my camera on. I have never had a teacher question why I turn my camera off on DBAs or ask me to turn it on at all. I thought this was creepy I thought it was weird last time I had a call with him and it was even weirder this time. My question is does anyone else have this teacher and have you experienced this? Am I crazy for thinking this was weird? Other people have agreed with me that it's strange but I want to hear what more people think. I'm not gonna do anything about it bc it's not that big of a deal I just wanted to know if i'm the only one that's had this happen.
