I (31M) inherited almost 1mill, any suggestions as to what I should do?

As the title says, I recently inherited almost a million, half of it is cash and the rest of it is the rough value of 1/3 of the estate if my mom, sister and I were to sell. This all kind of came unbeknownst to us as my mom never knew her real father until a few years ago and I never actually met him. I guess we are his only surviving family. Any suggestions would be appreciated
