[TOMT][MUSIC] Where is this bassline from?

I've had this song stuck in my head for a week and its been driving me nuts. Can somebody give me the title! its either 80s metal or 90s/2000s grunge/rock. I know it leads into the same thing onto guitar pretty heavily distored.
