Pimax Portal Not turning on, Not charging, or rebooting.

Hi Everybody!!

Hoping I can maybe get some help here. My Portal died, so I let it fully charge. Afterwards, I went to try and play it, and now all I have is a black screen. It will not turn on, no matter how long I hold the power button. It will not turn on, no m atter how long i charge it. It also will not charge when plugged into computer. Is there any way to reset the tablet itself by holding a combination of buttons maybe? Perhaps there is a way to erase everything ang reinstalling everything again. I would really appreciate any help here as I haven't even had this thing for 2 months yet.
