Would you consider this inappropriate

Okay I’m gonna start off by saying I don’t really know what to title this but I wanted to ask if this was inappropriate of if this is just me being dramatic and yes this is a trow away account because I don’t want it on my main but i’ll get into it

I was about 7 or 8 years old when me and my older brother were taken into foster care for a short period of time we have long since bern back with my parents unfortunately me and my brother were placed with different people well my brother had rather nice people take care of him me on the other hand was placed with a lady who wasn’t the kindest but long story short the day i was taken to her house i was given some food and then was taken into the bathroom to to take a shower at this age I believe i was already showing on my own but anyway she had me undress so i could take a shower I don’t remember her talking much or anything other then turning on cold water but then she started washing me and of course being a kid i was covering myself because i was embarrassed and she just told me not even looking up she wasn’t going to touch me and then handed me a wash cloth and told me to wash down their it’s not like she stared or anything well i washed down their she just got the towel ready for me for when i was done she didn’t touch me down there but I keep thinking about this and how i feel like people would react if told them about especially if this was a man instead of a woman or if its just me internalizing my own insecurities or if this is something that was actually weird I’ve never really gone into full detail about this to anyone before and wanted the opinions of foster parents because it keeps gnawing at me
