how to do i become an elite shooter (hs)

I think I have decent form, and I am shooting 8/23 on 3pters on this season so far but it usually hovers around 33%. However, I want to improve this in order for me to make a bigger impact on the court. i have average athleticism, so i have to compensate in shooting.

can i get some shooting drills + tips on how to become an elite shooter at the high school level?
