Act 3 romance dialogue bug?

So I just did the beach sex scene with Shadowheart. I have maxed out my relationship with her. I have the kiss option, all that fun stuff and like I said I literally just did the beach sex scene.

So why does my dialogue tree have an option “We shared the beginnings of a romance for a while… but we never really pursued it, did we?”

This seems like a but and I’m not going to click on it, but I just want to make sure it’s not just me seeing this. And that it isn’t actually going to impact my story if I ignore it.
