Artisan flour gift ideas

Hi! My dad got me into sourdough a few years ago and I want to get him something bread related for Christmas. He's a maurizio leo fanboy, so I'm getting a copy of the perfect loaf, but I also was thinking of maybe trying to get some fancy flour. Are there any 'artisan' flours that are actually worth it over standard king arthur bread flour, or is it simply extra money thrown towards what is essentially the same product? Any other similar ideas?
