Help!!!! (Time sensitive)

I have a new boyfriend and We are in love and have amazing trust and sex. A living fairytale. I found an ad he created on doublelist and the date was very recent. He says it was a recycled ad that automatically periodically posts (via settings preferences?) and he created it before we met (early summer) . Is this something you can actually do or is he being untruthful?
