Blade's Ornaments Set

Last time I asked about the best relics for Blade from 2 HP + 2 FuA set, 2 HP + 2 Wind set, and 4 pc HP set.

Currently running a full HP set and he performs quite decently. He can deal 130-160k damage in MoC 10 with Yukong ( not that biggie but it's enough to stomp the first round with my trash team )

Then I stumbled upon a debate regarding the ornaments 💀. And oh boy, Inert Salsotto is the recommended ornaments for him in E2 ( Yes, I have his E2 ). I'm running Rutlant because that's what the F2P YouTuber said to me.

So... should I slowly switch Blade's ornament to IE? Will there be a slight to great differences?
