Yeah, after OVE ran its course, he did an Aiden Pearce gimmick where he was able to control Ken Shamrock amongst other things.

He was the inspiration for the House of Black. I thought you knew? Lol.
Sami as the devil is an interesting take. He'd fit right into the current state of AEW misfits with his buddy Moxley. He has old beef with Kenny Omega and Brian Cage from Impact and Darby Allin from MLW. OVE stablemate Jake Crist showed up as a security guard. He reinvents himself constantly. He's a free agent. Kinda makes sense. You might be onto something, OP.
