Anyone having similar bugs as me?

I encountered 2 bugs on my Windows 11 Insider preview 26010.1000 (rs_prerelease)|
First is regarding Animation effect where every time I disable the Animation effects toggle in accessibility settings or anywhere that I can it doesn't do anything and the animations are still there. I hate how slow the animations are so I always disable it.

Second is regarding auto-hide taskbar option, it is enable on my pc. I have no problem with it on my main monitor. But on my second monitor, the taskbar keeps on popping up in a random interval.
