PC programs, settings etc freezing after 30 sec of start solution

Hey guys I noticed alot of people having issues and nobody has solution. I did this with multiple people. The issue was Avira. Avira had an update that corrupted files and caused issues. So the solution is for now, download new avira installer from aviras website and repair or uninstall and reinstall. This stopped my gaming for two days. Hope it helps you guys as well!
