If MTF is Male to Female and FTM is Female to Male, then why does porn have it all the way around?

On most porn videos that i’ve seen the FTMs were not female to male, they were MTFs. If FTMs are females to males, then they should have a representable dick, right? The ones I was seeing don’t have that.
