Is a 3.86 gpa ok for jobs as an MIS major?

It’s finals and a stressful time, a “good” gpa is really emphasized all the time but I realized I don’t really know what a “good” or average gpa for an MIS major in Mays is. Can’t find a straight answer online. Is it ok to have a 3.86 as a sophomore? (Just transfered in and decided to be MIS this semester).
