Why is sneed not good?

Figured sneed with mining talent would be a top tier leader on the new pvp map and I just keep getting ran through by huntresses and hoggers.

Feelsbad. Sneed is my favorite leader and he's been unfavored for over a month now.

What happened to sneed? He was t1 in beta according to YouTube now he's literal garbage. What changed?
