❗Noob question but who should have the access to Cloud Database and codebase on a freelance project?

So If I'm building a project for an organization(Non-tech) should I setup database on my personal account? Or use organizations credentials so they have the rights and controls?

P.S. They are non technical people and can't handle anything and I'll be just with them for 6 months to build this project.
